While we endeavor to run every class at the advertised times and locations, Soft Steps Dance reserves the right to cancel a class at a certain time/location, before the start date, due to low enrollment.
If we have to cancel a class, participants already registered for that specific time/location will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to another satisfactory time/location, or failing that, a full refund.
Registrations canceled before the first class are subject to a $15 fee.
No refunds are given after the first class, however, we will issue class credit for the difference valid for 12 months after the original class start date.
*Sorry, no credit will be granted after the second class.*
As parents, we understand that at some point you may miss a class for a variety of reasons. We don't offer a pro-rated price for classes missed (i.e. If you are only able to attend a portion of a session we can't offer a discount for classes missed). If you miss a class due to sickness or otherwise, you may opt to take a make-up class if there are two sessions running at once or you can attend a class in a new session as well. Anyone who registers for a session whether beginning the first or second class is required to pay the same amount as the other participants to keep it fair to all.

Guest / Free Trial Class Policy
At some point you may want to invite a guest to view or participate in the class. Please know that only family members can attend as guests. If there is someone else you know who may be interested in a class, we do offer a Free Trial Class at the beginning of a session and everyone is more than welcome to attend. Please note that all attendees to a Trial Class and to a full session must sign a waiver beforehand. If you have twins (or more!) you may bring an adult helper at no extra cost.
*Occasionally we have moms who would like to take pictures of the class as a keepsake. If you or a guest would like to take pictures or film the class please let your instructor know so that she can ask the other participants if they have any issues with pictures being taken. Due to FOIP it is important that we respect individuals rights not to have their picture taken.
